Once we receive the request, account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 14 days.
Please be aware that once an account is deleted:
All personal data associated with the account will be permanently removed from our systems, including but not limited to game history, predictions, and other personal information.
Users will be removed from all active competitions, and will no longer be able to participate in any ongoing or future game rounds.
By requesting account deletion, users understand that this process is final and irreversible, and that they will lose access to all data associated with their account.

If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem.
